Refund policy

All Sales Final — Digital Downloads

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the files have been made available for download.

Why We Have This Policy

Digital files cannot be "returned" once downloaded. As such, we are unable to offer refunds on the basis of a change of mind or accidental purchase.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue with your download (e.g., a corrupted or incomplete file), please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will be happy to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file.
